This is not simply a sales position — it is about creating opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding SCG’s influence across industries.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets .Build and manage strong partnerships with contractors, developers, distributors, and key stakeholders.Translate customer needs into tailored solutions from SCG’s portfolio of innovative and sustainable products.Conduct market research to assess trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.Lead proposals, negotiations, and agreements that establish long-term partnerships.Collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to deliver integrated business solutions.Represent SCG at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.0–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a fast-growing market.New graduates with ambition and strong learning agility are welcome to apply.Career DevelopmentThis role offers direct involvement in market expansion projects and exposure to cross-border collaboration, providing a pathway to senior business development and strategic management roles within SCG’s global network.
