Fast-growing, bold, and ambitious, we’re scaling quickly and we need a sales superstar to own and grow our HORECA & B2B vertical.The Role We’re hunting for a Sr. Sales Executive who knows how to sniff out opportunities, close deals, and build long-term revenue-driving relationships. If you love the chase, hate losing, and live for the thrill of the close, this is your playground.You’ll manage the entire sales cycle : from cold outreach and pipeline building to deal-closing handshakes (and everything in between). Your targets : Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Wellness chains, and Institutions .This role is not for the faint-hearted, it’s for someone who eats targets for breakfast and wants to grow a sales team under them within 8–12 months .What You’ll Do Hunt and convert new clients in HORECA, wellness, and institutional segments.Manage accounts like a pro from first pitch to repeat orders.Negotiate deals with confidence and close with authority.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (and never let it dry).Keep an eye on competition and grab market share with smart strategies.Work closely with leadership to scale this vertical into a revenue powerhouse.What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of hardcore B2B sales experience (preferably in HORECA, wellness, or institutional sales).A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets .Strong negotiation, communication (English & Hindi), and persuasion skills.A true hunter’s mindset : proactive, resilient, and always closing.Business acumen with sharp
