Position : Ground Staff We are urgently hiring for Ground Staff positions at the Pune Airport. As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Key Responsibilities : - Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handling baggage and performing security checks - Assisting passengers with special needs or requests - Providing information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other airport staff to maintain a clean and organized terminal - Adhering to all airport and airline policies and procedures Requirements : - Minimum 12th grade education - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant airport experience for our passengers.
