As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service at all times - Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with baggage check-in - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations - Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist with boarding and deplaning processes - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure on-time departures and arrivals - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications : - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic computer skills - Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not required We are committed to providing our employees with a positive and rewarding work environment.
