Job Description : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff (CSA). As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring the safe and timely arrival and departure of flights. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival gates - Handle and tag baggage and ensure its safe and timely delivery - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Conduct security screenings and adhere to all safety protocols - Communicate flight updates and information to passengers - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth operation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time - Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
