Key responsibilities :

YouTube Channel Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to grow subscribers, views, and watch time.

Video Optimization : Own titles, thumbnails, tags, end screens, and metadata optimization to maximize reach and retention.

Publishing & Scheduling : Manage the upload schedule and coordinate video releases for optimal performance.

Audience Insights : Use YouTube Analytics, A / B testing, and performance trends to inform editorial and creative decisions.

Retention & Engagement : Identify ways to increase audience retention and engagement, including community posts, polls, and comments.

Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with editors, producers, and social media teams to ensure YouTube content aligns with brand and performance goals.

Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting : Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
