We are seeking Customer Care Executives for our International Banking Process in BPOs across India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the international banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide information related to international banking services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics and targets set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of international banking products and services is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.Skills Required
