Description
We are seeking an experienced International blended process executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for handling both voice and non-voice processes for our international clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle both voice and non-voice processes for international clients
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Skills and Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customersExperience with both voice and non-voice processesAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and other customer service toolsBachelor's degree in a related field preferredSkills Required
