We Are Hiring : Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Maharashtra

Location : Maharashtra

Base Location : Nashik (Candidate must be based in or around these areas)

Experience Required : 8–10 years in FMCG Sales (Tea / Beverage experience preferred)

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our tea business across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in general trade, distributor management, and achieving sales growth in the FMCG sector, particularly in the tea or beverage category.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general trade sales operations across assigned districts in Maharashtra.
• Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, stockists, and sales officers.
• Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, retail activation, and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
• Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits and beat audits.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate with Head Office for supply chain, marketing, and finance support.
• Prepare and submit weekly / monthly sales reports and MIS.
