We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Monitor individual and team performance, deliver constructive feedback, and coach for skill development.

Candidate Qualifications :
