We are seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager (A.R.M.) to oversee our retail operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations in the designated area.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide guidance to store managers.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Train and mentor store managers and staff to enhance their performance and career development.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and profitability.
Ensure effective inventory management and control to minimize loss and maximize sales.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

6-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Proficient in data analysis, sales forecasting, and inventory management.

Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
