About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive who has hands-on experience in handling B2B clients. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients.
- Manage post-sales communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and track client interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Build strong relationships to retain clients and increase renewal / conversion rates.
Requirements :
1–3 years of proven experience in Customer Service / Client Relations in B2B segment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.Prior experience in the EdTech or SaaS domain will be preferred.Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Note - Interview will be in-person only.
