We&aposre seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to manage and nurture client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you&aposll be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries
Foster long-term partnerships through excellent customer service

2. New Business Development :

Connect with new prospect clients through telephone, email, and LinkedIn networking

Conduct telecalling and follow-up calls to generate leads and close deals

Send targeted emails and mailers to potential clients

3. Communication and Collaboration :

Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams

Provide regular updates on campaign progress and results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

4. Business Development :

Identify new business opportunities and pitch our services to potential clients

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects

Requirements : 1. Skills :

Excellent customer service, client relations, and communication skills

Proficiency in business relationship management

Strong telecalling and email communication skills

2. Experience :

1-3 years of Experience in the advertising or event industry is beneficial

Proven track record of fostering and maintaining excellent client relationships

3. Education :

Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
