We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relation Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary 2 Lac to 2.40 Lac P.A

Minimum Experience 2 yrs in loans.
