Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Manager, located in Jamshedpur. The Audit Manager will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and execute financial audits in line with statutory requirements. The role involves managing client relationships, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supervising the team to deliver high-quality audit services. Additionally, the Audit Manager will provide insights and recommendations to improve financial controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Accounting, and Finance
• Proficiency in conducting Financial Audits and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
• Analytical Skills to assess financial data and processes accurately
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with clients
• CA qualification or equivalent relevant degree
• Prior experience in auditing or accounting roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements is an advantage
