Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach District Representatives, champion corporate initiatives, and plan / lead District Meetings.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within existing customer base and competitive accounts.
- Collaborate closely with large strategic customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives.
- Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
- Stabilize jeopardy business in large strategic accounts.
