Skeps - Director - Product Management

Responsibilities :

• Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across core fintech products.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers; hire and scale the product function in alignment with business growth.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ship customer-centric, compliant, and scalable fintech solutions.
• Translate business priorities and customer pain points into clear product requirements and actionable initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure product readiness and regulatory alignment.
• Define key success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data, user research, and market insights.
• Stay ahead of fintech industry trends, competitive products, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, speed, and learning within the product org.
