About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Analytics to lead our internal product analytics team and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders. You'll shape our product roadmap through data-driven insights, define success metrics, and ensure our decisions are grounded in evidence. This role blends hands-on analytics with strategic leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead a high-performing product analytics team that drives actionable insights.
• Partner with product leaders to define KPIs, measure adoption, and identify opportunities.
• Own the analytics lifecycle : instrumentation, experimentation, reporting, and insights.
• Run A / B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation to influence the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure robust, reliable data infrastructure.
• Mentor analysts to become strategic partners for product teams.
