About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Product Manager to lead a team of high-performing individuals across the full product lifecyclefrom strategy and development to launch and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong product sense, be data-driven, and work cross-functionally to build product roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and refine business models; analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and data-driven metrics to guide decision-making.
• Conduct product evaluations and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide team members, helping them meet individual and team goals.
