Job Description :

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and providing them with a pleasant and hassle-free experience at the airport.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.

2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information.

3. Check and tag passengers' baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight.

4. Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities.

5. Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departure of flights.

6. Conduct security checks on passengers and their baggage as per airport regulations.

7. Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage, upgrades, and other services.

8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates.

Requirements :

1. Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma.

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

4. Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

5. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage.

6. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

7. Prior experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
