Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Ground Crew Staff at Flying Zone Academy. The Ground Crew Staff will be responsible for coordinating ground services, assisting customers, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft activities. This role is located in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. Daily tasks include interacting with passengers, handling baggage, supporting flight operations, and performing various administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate & 10-12 Pass can also apply
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic Computer Literacy skills
• Knowledge of aircraft and aviation operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
