Uniuqe about the role : A 0 to 1 opportunity to write with a clean slate future of Alumni relationship never seen before in India and establishing the function from scratch. Lead the pan alumni engagement strategy by strengthening relationships with alumni, building structured feedback and data loops, and integrating alumni into institutional strategy. This role also drives strategic partnerships and high-impact events across campuses
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement alumni engagement strategy across three campuses in North and Eastern part of India
- Define and monitor alumni KPIs, reporting metrics, and success indicators.
- Lead alumni data collection, analytics, and database accuracy across functions.
- Build alumni partnerships for mentorships, internships, and scholarship initiatives.
- Drive visibility through large-scale alumni events, networking forums, and digital engagement.
- Ensure alumni feedback is incorporated into strategic institutional planning.
- Collaborate with marketing, career services, and admissions to maximize alumni involvement.
- Oversee the Young Alumni Board and guide its initiatives.
- Identify and develop exclusive benefits and recognition programs for alumni.
- Develop and manage alumni giving programs, including fundraising campaigns, and strategic contribution initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni chapters and associations; facilitate regular chapter meetings, events, and 10+ years in alumni relations, partnerships, corporate outreach, or stakeholder management and community building
- Proven leadership in institution-wide engagement programs
- Strategic thinking, data analytics, and CRM tool proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
