Primary Responsibilities :
Customer Management :
- Expand Customer Base : Actively engage with new customers to grow the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and Develop Relationships : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Revenue & Growth Forecasting : Provide accurate forecasting of revenue and identify growth opportunities in the territory / segment.
- Key Account Management : Well-versed in managing key accounts across industries such as Architects, Consultants, Builders, Government Departments, PMC, and Electrical Contractors.
Sales & Commercial Activities :
Order Log-in & Sales Targets : Ensure order log-in adheres to company policy, and sales targets are met as per the plan.Liaise with Logistics : Collaborate with the logistics team to track the progress of existing orders, keeping customers updated and informed.Account Review : Periodically review statements of accounts for assigned channel partners and ensure any discrepancies are addressed immediately to avoid delays or issues.Channel & Dealer Management :
Market Penetration : Increase the company's presence in the trade market by effectively managing and expanding the channel network.New Dealer Appointment : Identify and appoint new dealers and channels in the assigned territory to increase reach and revenue.Drive Revenue from Existing Network : Engage with existing dealers to drive additional revenue by providing necessary retailing support and incentives.Channel Communication : Ensure all communications (product updates, price lists, promotional materials) are disseminated timely to all dealers and channel partners.Local Product Promotions :
Promotions Execution : Execute the local promotion plan as per the agreed schedule while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.Dealer & Contractor Engagement : Organize periodic meetings with dealers, electrical contractors, and key influencers to promote products and strengthen relationships.Trade Visibility : Enhance brand visibility by ensuring signages, display boards, brochures, and price lists are prominently displayed at dealer counters.Innovative Market Share Strategies : Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to improve the company's market share in the region.Qualifications & Experience :
YOU MUST HAVE :
Education : Graduate in any stream (MBA / PG preferred).Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years in sales and channel management within the Electrical, Lighting, or Wire industry.Customer Relationship Management : Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, consultants, and builders.Sales Experience : Proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling order log-in, and managing commercial activities.Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales deals.Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.Commercial Acumen : A deep understanding of commercial principles and ability to drive profitability.Location : Based in Raipur or willing to relocate.WE VALUE :
