US Operations- Onboarding
- Handle day to day operational task of vendor onboarding and ensure quality of work and maintain SLA
- Communication and execution of Vendor onboarding process
- Act as first point of contact for vendors to trouble shoot their queries
- Closely follow established process around vendors approval, exception and vendor data management
- Review vendor company documents to check for completion
- Formatting and uploading vendor documents in central repository
- Work with cross departments to effectively complete the vendor onboarding process
- Follow up with vendors via emails and call to complete the onboarding within TAT
- Maintain close contact with recruiters / vendors / legal team / Finance team
- Monitor time collection, rigorously follow up on timecards, and ensure all timesheets are entered on relevant systems before the payroll deadline
- Ensure all submitted time is approved within timelines, invoke follow-up and escalation process as required
- Respond to all consultant issues / queries and work with necessary teams to provide a resolution
- Ensuring Error-free payroll each week
US Operations-Timesheet
