Regional Portfolio Manager – Collections
Location : Pune, Udaipur | Employment Type : On-roll
Products : Unsecured Business Loan / Salaried Personal Loan
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage regional collections team across all buckets.
- Recruit, train, and monitor team (ACM / RCM / CM / CO etc.).
- Drive recovery in Skip, NIP, and Legal cases.
- Ensure timely DCR submission (self + team).
- Maintain compliance and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, ops, and external agencies.
- Achieve recovery targets and improve portfolio quality.
