Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Allied Health Sciences / Medicine / Psychology / Public Health. 14–16 years of experience in public health, healthcare program management, or disability care leadership. Understanding of a multi-disciplinary set up i.e. a psychologist / speech / physio therapist etc who has worked with other therapists Understanding of Intellectual Disabilities

Job Description :
- Strategic Leadership : Shape and implement the organization’s healthcare vision and strategy.
- Program Development : Lead early intervention, therapy, and rehabilitation initiatives for persons with special needs.
- Team Capacity Building : Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Partnerships & Collaboration : Engage with hospitals, experts, and community networks to strengthen healthcare systems.
- Impact & Quality : Establish monitoring frameworks, evaluate outcomes, and ensure operational excellence
