Job description

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Vendor and Contract Management : Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and suppliers

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office repairs, maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facilities-related services.

Manage office space planning, moves, and reconfigurations to accommodate business needs and optimize workspace utilization.

Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address BMS (Building Management Services) maintenance issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices for workplace safety.

Manage access control systems, security protocols, and emergency procedures.

Oversee the management of office equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Organize and coordinate company-wide events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistical arrangements.

Manage office supplies inventory, ensure timely replenishment, and optimize procurement processes for cost-effectiveness.

This position requires to work night shifts.
