Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Facilities to serve as the City Lead for client Hyderabad operations, overseeing comprehensive facilities management across Aquila and Centaurus locations. This leadership role requires a professional with strong soft services expertise who can effectively manage and coordinate both soft and hard services operations to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across the city's facilities.
Key Responsibilities
City Operations Leadership
- Lead and coordinate all facilities operations across client Hyderabad's two premier locations
- Serve as the single point of accountability for city-wide facilities performance
- Ensure seamless service delivery and operational consistency between both sites
- Develop city-specific strategies aligned with client global and regional objectives
- Drive standardization of processes, procedures, and service quality across locations
Soft Services Management & Expertise
Primary Focus : Lead comprehensive soft services operations including : Housekeeping and janitorial servicesCatering and food services managementSecurity and access control systemsReception and concierge servicesMail and courier servicesLandscaping and grounds maintenanceWaste management and sustainability programsEvent management and space coordinationHard Services Oversight & Coordination
Secondary Responsibility : Manage and coordinate hard services through technical teams : HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems oversightBuilding maintenance and asset managementFire safety and life safety systemsBuilding automation and smart systemsPreventive maintenance programsCapital projects and renovations coordinationTeam Leadership & Development
Manage diverse facilities teams across both locations (20-30+ staff members)Lead Soft Services Managers, Hard Services Coordinators, and operational staffDevelop and mentor Assistant Facilities Managers and team leadersConduct performance management, career development, and succession planningFoster cross-functional collaboration between soft and hard services teamsImplement training programs focused on service excellence and technical competencyClient Partnership & Service Excellence
Serve as primary facilities contact for client Hyderabad leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholdersConduct regular client reviews, satisfaction surveys, and feedback sessionsManage service level agreements and performance metricsLead client engagement initiatives and workplace experience programsOperational Excellence & Quality Management
Establish and maintain service quality standards across all service linesImplement continuous improvement initiatives and best practicesManage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance monitoringEnsure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirementsLead emergency response procedures and business continuity planningDrive cost optimization while maintaining service qualityRequired Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field12+ years of facilities management experience with strong soft services background5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-service operationsProven experience with large corporate clients (financial services preferred)Experience managing integrated soft and hard services teamsCore Competencies
