Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS implementations and support. Experience with Civil Services Policies and Procedures (for roles in KSA, UAE or similar regions). Oracle certifications in HRMS / HCM are a plus. Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules (HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management). Hands-on experience with OAF Customization and Oracle JDeveloper. Strong PL / SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and personalization techniques. Expertise in Fast Formula development and debugging. Proficiency in Oracle APEX development for custom applications and reporting. Solid experience in Data Migration techniques and tools (SQL Loaders, API, HDL). Understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate them into Oracle solutions.
