Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for Saudi Arabia, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws
- Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formula solutions for complex calculation requirements
- Configure Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent modules to support end-to-end HR processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore resources in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing payroll processes, improving accuracy, performance, and user experience
What You Bring :
5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with a strong focus on Saudi payroll implementationsDeep expertise in Fast Formula development, testing, and deploymentProven track record in Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent module configurationsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutionsExcellent communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders across India and KSAImmediate availability preferred; candidates with up to 30 days' notice will be consideredLocation & Engagement
