Job description5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with a strong focus on Saudi payroll implementations Deep expertise in Fast Formula development, testing, and deployment Proven track record in Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent module configurations Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders across India and KSA Immediate availability preferred; candidates with up to 30 days' notice will be considered Drive impactful HR transformation projects across the Middle East Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team of Oracle experts Competitive compensation, flexible working model, and professional development opportunities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for Saudi Arabia, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws
- Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formula solutions for complex calculation requirements
- Configure Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent modules to support end-to-end HR processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore resources in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing payroll processes, improving accuracy, performance, and user experience
