Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager – Sales to drive business growth across North India . The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in polymers, plastics, or chemical products , with proven ability to manage key accounts, conduct product trials, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts and implement cross-selling strategies.
• Coordinate customer product trials and ensure successful outcomes.
• Engage with key stakeholders – procurement, plant, and R&D teams.
• Introduce new products and drive demand creation.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to management.
