Responsibilities :
Respond to queries from potential and queries / escalations existing learners through calls and chats received on the toll-free number + chatbot (available 7 days a week)
Provide timely information about programs, schedules, pricing and other important program details
Generate leads from calls and chats received via the toll-free number + chatbot and share filtered leads immediately with the sales team for follow-up and conversion
Verify access to the program and grant if not granted. Provide a walkthrough of the learning platform to ensure smooth navigation and usage
Policy guidelines to prevent future escalations
Important deadlines and support contact points
Identify and flag potential issues early to reduce escalations, particularly after cohort launch
Share onboarding details and important information with learners via email
Desired Candidate Profile :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer oriented mindset
Experience - 0 to 3 Years (Freshers can apply)
