Job description

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can seamlessly manage both our offline retail store and online store operations, ensuring customers experience excellence at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive offline store sales, deliver a refined customer experience, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage website operations – product listings, data entry, and updates.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy across offline & online channels.
  • Handle order processing and ensure smooth, timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with shipping partners to guarantee a premium delivery experience.
  • Maintain operational reports to align sales and logistics efficiently.
  • What We’re Looking For :
  • Experience in retail sales / store operations or e-commerce management preferred.
  • Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and customer-first approach.
  • Comfort with tools like Excel / Google Sheets and basic inventory platforms.
  • A passion for design, lifestyle, and home décor is a plus.
