Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled AEM Lead with over 10 years of experience to drive the development and implementation of robust digital experiences. You will possess strong knowledge of core CMS architecture and specifically, deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) framework and its design patterns. This role requires hands-on experience in building, configuring, and deploying AEM solutions, including cloud components, templates, and integrations, ensuring scalable and high-performing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage strong knowledge in core Content Management System (CMS) architecture and the application development life cycle process to lead AEM initiatives.
• Apply strong knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) framework and design patterns to guide development and solution architecture.
• Develop and configure complex AEM workflows, user roles, and permissions to meet business requirements.
• Work extensively with AEM Cloud tools and various AEM instances such as Author, Preview, and Publish environments.
• Utilize strong knowledge in AEM Cloud architecture to implement custom components, templates, dialogs, and backend processes.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in building AEM components using Angular Framework or other Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks.
• Apply extensive knowledge in the architecture and deployment of REST APIs within the AEM system for seamless data exchange.
• Develop features and functionalities using a robust tech stack including Java, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the AEM environment.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and other technical teams to deliver integrated AEM solutions.
