Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Client Servicing professional. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining positive client relationships, and addressing client queries and concerns promptly. The role also involves ensuring the delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations and align with the company's high standards for quality events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services and Customer Service to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Finance-related tasks such as budgeting and monitoring costs
• Capability to work on-site, collaborate with teams, and manage event logistics efficiently
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and well-organized professional
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
