What You'll Do : Design, develop, and optimize processes for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production.Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance.Troubleshoot process-related challenges and implement effective solutions.Prepare and review process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.Support scale-up activities and technology transfer from lab to commercial production.Continuously evaluate and enhance process performance.

What We're Looking For : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.3-5 years of experience in process design within Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical industries.Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, unit operations, and regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA, EMA).Proficiency in process simulation and documentation tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
