- Planning and execution of strategies to close manpower gap as per CP within the timeline.
- Attendance management, statutory compliances, attrition rate, and Expertise in HR ops grievances.
- Managing the complete employee life cycle
- Manpower Planning Hiring & Retention.
- Managing On-boarding formalities and documentation
- Managing employee records as per SOP requirements
- Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant with Audit requirements.
- Timely delivery of the various HR dashboards, including analysis like attrition, absenteeism, headcount reporting, productivity, etc.
- Effectively manage all the Reward & Recognition program and employee engagement at assigned locations.
- HR Operation Excellence.
- Exit Interview and analysis.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Proven work experience in HR Operations or a similar role.Flexible for store visits and well-versed in HR Generalist duties and responsibilities.Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, filing and documentation, employee engagement activities, performance management system (PMS), and exit formalities.Responsible for 50% white-collar hiring and 50% blue-collar / biker hiring.Strong exposure to sourcing techniques, manpower budgeting, payroll operations, cost control, and HR process optimization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated sound judgment and strong stakeholder management abilities.Skills Required
