Key Responsibilities : 1. Human Resources Management :

• Recruitment & onboarding of employees across manufacturing and sales divisions.
• Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct training and development programs for staff.
• Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.
