Consumer Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to join one of the top leading retail brands in Bangalore . The ideal candidate should have 8–18 years of experience , with a strong background in Retail or Jewellery industry .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead consumer research and insight generation to understand customer behavior and market trends
• Translate insights into actionable business strategies and brand decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations) to drive customer-centric outcomes
• Utilize data analytics, customer feedback, and market intelligence tools effectively
• Present findings to leadership with clear narratives and recommendations
