What will you be doing-

• Oversees quality assurance specialists / analysts for Wealth and Retirement vertical of business who perform quality monitoring (QC / QA) for the Wealth and Retirement transactions to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.
• Monitors operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and company / department policies and procedures.
• Resolves issues and contributes to business unit / area development.
• Responsible for leading process improvement initiatives within the Wealth and Retirement work areas and driving significant process change within the organization.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to Wealth quality assurance representatives.
• May also consult / review with Wealth operations supervisors and team leads regarding quality monitoring trends, reports and recommendations.
• Leads and provides direction around department process improvement initiatives
• Strong communications skills
• Closely work with clients and provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with department heads and stakeholders.
• Design training materials, modules, and resources that facilitate effective learning outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices to enhance training programs continually.
• Other related duties assigned as needed
