Tasks

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs.
• Source potential candidates via databases social media job boards and referrals.
• Collaborate with department managers to clarify hiring needs and develop precise job descriptions.
• Screen resumes and applications conduct initial phone or in-person interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries benefits and job offers with selected candidates.
• Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork for new hires and maintaining candidate databases.
• Monitor and advocate for both new and exiting employees to ensure workplace fit and satisfaction.
• Remain informed about employment laws recruitment best practices and emerging hiring trends.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter for our Hyderabad-based recruitment operations. The role involves Sourcing and driving hiring strategies building robust talent pipelines and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs across multiple industries.

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with our Offshore Recruitment Manager in India.
