Responsibilities :
- Work Location : - Madhapur Hyderabad India
- Work Mode : - Onsite 5 days from Client Office
- Specific Needs : - Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process : Conduct job scope meetings develop sourcing strategies and utilize various channels (ATS databases networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.
- Evaluate and assess candidates : Conduct phone interviews review qualifications and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
- Ensure service excellence : Adhere to compliance standards maintain talent pipelines and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Act as a brand ambassador : Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Qualifications : Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field with minimum 3 years recruiting experience in targeted industries (Power Systems Engines Aerospace Controls Defense Engineering Manufacturing Technical)Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS social media tools) Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition practices with strong communication and negotiation skillsAdditional Information :
