Work Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in a sales profile. Excellent communications skills.
Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
Good understanding of sales processes.
Good understanding of telephonic etiquettes.
Should have persuasiveness, tenacity and negotiation skills. Proficient in using computers, email and internet applications. Good attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Mature and positive attitude towards work.
Ability to handle stress with ease and effectiveness.
Disciplined, self-motivated and result oriented.
Overall presentable with good personality and team skills.
