Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with purchases
- Follow up on new leads and drive assisted sales over the phone
- Provide accurate product information and guide buyers
- Ensure high call conversion rates and meet sales targets
- Maintain excellent call quality and communication standards
