Job Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a warm personality, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced café or hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and counters.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.
• Handle guest orders with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering coffee supplies and consumables.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policy.
• Upsell beverages and snacks to enhance the guest experience.
