Job Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a warm personality, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced café or hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and counters.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.

Handle guest orders with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

Manage inventory and assist in ordering coffee supplies and consumables.

Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policy.

Upsell beverages and snacks to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant.

Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
