What You’ll Do

Brew exceptional espresso-based drinks and craft thoughtful beverage experiences.

Run POS, billing, and cash handling with accuracy and calm.

Lead customer interactions — from first hello to final goodbye.

Keep the café looking and feeling beautiful — clean counters, fresh vibes, perfect displays.

Listen to guests, solve on the spot, and turn feedback into gold.

Jump in wherever needed — we’re a team that helps each other win.

Who You Are

1 + years of barista or café experience.

Confident communicator who loves connecting with people (fluent English required).

Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and calm under pressure.

Ready to lead — not just manage — and inspire through example.
