Position : Jr. Data Researcher

Location : Ahmedabad

We support a diverse, global customer base through our strong delivery teams in India and sales offices in the USA, UK, and the Netherlands.

Position Summary

We seek a dynamic professional proficient in generating targeted data sets for business development through extensive web research and social media channels. Experienced in creating and maintaining databases for the target audience, managing mass mailing lists, and coordinating with business development for lead generation. Skilled in overseeing collateral and its versions, utilizing search engines and data applications for in-depth research on target accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Possessing the ability to interact with international clientele via phone, email, and Teams, the ideal candidate is well-versed in supporting sales teams through strategic data analysis and research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Finding the right information for business development by searching the internet and using social media.

Creating and keeping a record of information about the people or groups we want to reach.

Managing big lists of emails and working with the business development team to find potential customers.

Taking care of promotional materials and different versions of them.

Using search engines and other tools like Google, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to gather and understand information about specific accounts for the sales team.

Good to have :

Being good at using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowing how to use CRM tools like HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Having experience in communicating with international clients through phone, email, and Teams.

Skills and competencies

Key Skills :

Creating and maintaining databases and directories for the target audience

Managing mass mailing lists and coordinating with BD for leads

Proficiency in Language (English - Verbal & Written)

Secondary Skills : Web Research

Documentation

Understanding of Target Audience

Key Attributes :

Generate leads via email marketing and LinkedIn.

Work closely with business development teams.

Experience in writing custom emails.

Experience & Qualification

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Software / Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office.

Experience in web research for 1-3 years.

Understanding of the target audience
