Job description5 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment. Proven success in launching and managing digital products or platforms. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Productboard. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Role : Product Manager
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Own the entire product lifecycle : ideation, planning, development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
- Write clear and actionable product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and facilitate sprint planning and reviews.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product decisions.
