Role Overview :
As a Senior Product Manager at Zluri, you will lead product initiatives across cross-functional teams and help shape the future of our platform. Youll own the product lifecyclefrom research and ideation to launch and continuous improvementdriving business impact and user :
- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Own and manage the product backlog with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights and validate assumptions.
- Analyze user behavior data and product metrics to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Define and maintain user personas to guide design and development.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product direction.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Define and track product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous product improvement.
Technical Skills & Tools (Required / Preferred) :
JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools for backlog management and documentationMiro, Figma (for wireframing, collaboration with design)Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar product analytics toolsExperience with SQL (preferred) for querying dataFamiliarity with A / B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)Solid understanding of web and SaaS architecture and APIsExperience working with RESTful APIs and basic technical documentationAbility to communicate effectively with engineering teams about technical trade-offsExperience working closely with UX / UI teams using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDStrong grasp of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in sprint planning and retrospectivesBonus Skills :
